The VAF is delivering intelligently collated packs onto a BB300 envelope inserter. For demonstration purposes, the machine has deliberately been slowed down. It is demonstrating the VAF intelligently accumulating varying number of A4 sheets per addressee, nest folding to A5 and being delivered to the track of a BB300. It does so by reading a 2D bar code printed on every sheet, at the rate of up to 60k per hour.
This demonstrates the VAF, running at rated speed, intelligently accumulating varying number of A4 sheets per addressee and nest folding to A5, feeding at the rate of 60k per hour.
